Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% service fee.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and prepare for your service. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

First-Time Clients

New clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to complete consultation forms. This helps us understand your preferences and provide the best service possible.
